A Rue de Seine gown and Tilly Thomas lux crown and earrings for a boho luxe wedding
The timing of this blog couldn’t be any better because I met this week’s gorgeous bride, Chloe, at our Day of Sparkle 2019. Chloe was an absolute dream and she fell in love with our Tuya earrings that day but couldn’t stop thinking about the Cleopatra crown afterwards. She came to see me in my London studio to try it on one more time and we had such a lovely time talking about her big day and all of her plans.
“As soon as I discovered TTL, I was a bride to be obsessed! I knew I had to have something from Sally for my wedding day and after attending the TTL event at The Ace Hotel and a couple of cocktails I bought the most beautiful Tuya Earrings. There was one particular piece I just couldn’t stop thinking about and that was the Cleopatra Crown. I met again with Sally and we tried on all the different crowns but it soon became clear the most extra crown was the one for me and we bonded over our love of sparkle and her motto that #MOREISMORE!
Sally made my dreams come true and I cannot explain how truly talented and wonderful she is. I felt AMAZING on the day. I wore the earrings with my veil for the church and then added the crown when I removed the veil. It was a super unique look and I got so many comments on the crown. I can’t wait to bring it out again year after year, anniversaries, birthdays, christmas, NYE! It will definitely get its use.
Our wedding was the bohemian dream I had imagined. I wore a Rue De Seine - Adelia Lune dress, it had a gorgeous low back, celestial embroidery with the most insane tassel sleeves. I changed into a full sequin ASOS flared sleeve dress into the evening too. I wanted the wedding to feel super romantic, have as many wild, brightly coloured flowers as possible, the tipis were covered in fairy lights, we macrame pieces for the decor, disco balls, tables laid up with pink pillar candles and gold pineapples. A relaxed boho, tropical, disco wedding!”
